Yes. You can share them on a network or copy to other computers.
Network Sharing
Place the components on a mapped network drive.
Go to View, Option, Misc and browse to the mapped drive on each computer to change where the default location is for Custom Components.
Manually Copy
You can just manually share Custom Components by copying them from one computer to another.
To find where your custom components are stored on your computer click on the Components Menu then select Component Information. This will show you the path that your custom components are stored in.
You can copy the files from this folder manually to another computer.
