Updating The Pricing File
The easiest way to update the pricing file is to use the Update Pricing File command within the ExpressPCB layout program. However, some corporate customers are connected to the Internet through a firewall which blocks this command. In this case, you can get a current pricing file here.
The pricing file must be saved in the directory where ExpressPCB keeps user data. Typically this is in the ExpressPCB directory within your My Documents folder.
You can use the ExpressPCB program to learn where this directory is located. Use the Component Information command from the Component menu. The pricing file is saved in the same directory as reported by this command for user components.
Windows 10 – If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 try to run ExpressPCB as Administrator.
-Right Click on ExpressPCB Icon
-In the Menu select “Run as Administrator”

In some web browsers you may have to right click on the link and choose “Save as” to download the file.
